Oswego Teachers' Employees FCU has been serving the employees of Oswego county school districts since 1961. We are not the biggest, but the best in meeting our members' saving and borrowing needs. Eligibility for membership extends to all employees of the A.P.W., Central Square, Hannibal, Mexico, Oswego, Pulaski, Sandy Creek school districts, B.O.C.E.S., Oswego City Library, and members of Oswego Players, Inc.
And that’s not all! Family members: mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, grandmother, grandfather… are all eligible for membership in the Credit Union – Your Credit Union.

Supervisory committee
The Supervisory Committee’s role is to make sure that management’s practices and procedures safeguard members’ assets. The Supervisory Committee reviews management’s practices and internal controls on a continuing basis. In addition, the Committee oversees an annual audit and reports the findings of that audit to the Board of Directors.
